TapShift is building a focused workforce operations platform for organisations that schedule people, manage physical locations and need a dependable attendance record. Shift-based teams often run critical daily work through calendars, messages, spreadsheets, paper records and payroll hand-offs. TapShift brings the schedule, the attendance record and the live state of the shift into one place.

What we are building

The product connects employee scheduling, reusable shift patterns, NFC attendance, live workforce visibility, employee and location administration, exception handling, audit history and reporting. It supports retailers, restaurants, hospitality operators, clinics, studios, field-service teams and other workplaces whose people work scheduled shifts across one or more locations.

How we work

TapShift favours clear status language, deliberate attendance events, role-appropriate access, traceable corrections and practical reports. Workforce information is sensitive operational data, so usefulness and restraint need to travel together.
